Cebu Roosevelt Memorial Colleges Feeding Program

         The NSTP – CWTS and CES students of Cebu Roosevelt Memorial Colleges conducted a feeding program to the children of Sitio Laray, Bungtod, Bogo City, Cebu last March 16, 2019 on that afternoon. The theme of the feeding program was, “Masustansyang Pagkain: Alay Para Sa Kabataan” and the sitio was the subject of the said program. The college students also conducted games for the children in order to enjoy during the event and they assisting the children when the meal was served. How lucky the residents of the sitio as they were chosen - a community to be served by the kind-hearted people who had shown their love to the poor.

         The residents were so thankful to the CRMC that this activity was worth preciously as the smiles and love conquered to everyone’s heart. As an author, I would like to express also my warmest and heartfelt gratitude to those people who extended their hearts for the poor. I also remembered during my time when I was in college, I had also experienced this kind of activity and I was happy to serve the children and the community and I had realized that it is good to serve than to be served. The students were not only filled the children’s stomach but they also filled their hearts with love. God is great all the time because He do love us always even how great sinner we are as long as we also ask forgiveness of our sins to Him. God really appreciate those kind-hearted people.
