One for Sinulog

          The two contingents from Purok Emerald and three contingents from Purok Red Coral were united as they celebrated Sinulog 2019 at Sta. Teresa sa Calcutta Chapel of Sitio Laray, Bungtod, Bogo City, Cebu. The five contingents from different ages had offered their dances to Senior Sto. Niño or the Holy Child. The event was happened last January 20, 2019 abd the activity was organized by Rev. Fr. Patricio Ornopia and was assisted by Hansel L. Gaboy, Asteria O. Gaboy (Hansel's wife) and Percilito C. Tillor. The event was made successful by the precious cooperation of the residents of Sitio Laray and the visitors.

          Rev. Fr. Patricio Ornopia gave his message to all who assembled in the area during the event where he noticed some new faces and he concluded that each one of us shall "magkahiusa" or being united for the welfare and development of the sitio. Like the success of the event, what is done shall continue and treasure the things that made us happy in our lives.

          Sinulog was an evident situation where the two puroks were being united for one and common cause - to offer one's heart to Senior Sto. Niño. Faith is what can make us one, and trust one another.
