The Three Barangays on Barangay Risk Reduction and Management Plan Writeshop

          The first day of training on Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan Writeshop on February 10, 2020 at Hagnaya Beach Resort and Restaurant in partnership with LGU - Bogo City and Philippine Red Cross - Northern Cebu Chapter was started with discovery and informational.  It was attended by three barangays in the City of Bogo, namely Bungtod, La Purisima Concepcion, and Taytayan and with attendees coming from the different sectors. 

          On the second day of the training (February 11, 2020), there were things had been tackled and activities which correspond on it.
Here are the following topics and activities:
1. Multihazard Analysis with Hazard Hunter PH
2. Identification of Hazards in the Barangays
3. Workshop on Importance of Baseline Data
4. Principles on Evacuation Plan
5. Importance on Early Warning Systems and Signs
6. Pre-orientation on Human Behavior 

          The third day (February 12, 2020) was on making the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan and after, a presentation of the work and a defense made by the panel coming from LGU and Philippine Red Cross.
