Purok Red Coral Participated the Pasko sa Bogo 2018

The City of Bogo had a competition of Christmas display participated by the 29 barangays last December 2018 at the highways going to the city hall. As part of Barangay Bungtod, the small community of Purok Red Coral participated and helped on beautifying and decorating the display. Among the 13 puroks of the barangay, Purok Red Coral had the most number of residents who helped in the decoration. Several and successive nights, the Purok Red Coral never stopped helping until the display was over. The residents who helped in decorating, gave their time, talent, and effort. They didn’t expect money in return from the assistance they had as long as they coul help the barangay. The theme of the display was the idea of a person (not to be mentioned) from the Purok Red Coral and assisted by the youth members and residents from purok and Purok Emerald and some residents from the other puroks. Many people loved the Christmas display of Barangay Bungtod and even though the barangay did not won, the people not the evaluators could say that Barangay Bungtod is the best among the rest. Yet, even though the barangay did not received the title, but in their hearts, they were the winners.
